Our Story: From Frustration to Alignment

MySerava was born out of a shared, modern frustration: the silent epidemic of chronic neck pain.

A few years ago, we noticed a persistent trend among the people we care about most. Long hours hunched over computer screens, endless scrolling on smartphones, and the heavy stress of daily life were resulting in a collective slump. Our colleagues were missing work due to tension headaches. We knew there had to be a better, more sustainable way to find relief at home. We collaborated with ergonomic experts and dove deep into the mechanics of the cervical spine.
